THE TEAM / BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Victor Tchor, BA, M. Religion, JD, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President

Mr. Tchor is a seminary graduate holding a Master of Religion degree from Wycliffe College, of the Toronto School of Theology. He is also a law school graduate from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Mr. Tchor has worked extensively with international students at the University of Toronto, with the Ukrainian Christian Military fellowship in Ukraine and has served in the Canadian Forces as a student Chaplain. Mr. Tchor is fluent in Russian, has written a book on faith in Russia and is presently serving as the president of NXBC.

Lt. Col. Noel Dawes (Retired), British Army, Member of Board of Directors

Lt. Col. Dawes has had extensive military experience throughout the world in his over 20 years of service with the British Army. Noel’s final assignment was with NATO Headquarters in Belgium. Upon his retirement, Lt. Col. Dawes, along with his wife Meryl, have worked with ACCTS, a Christian military outreach organization, as the Eastern European Coordinator. He is currently a key figure in introducing the ALPHA program to the US military. The husband and wife team has been traveling and ministering extensively throughout Eastern Europe to military personnel of all ranks from privates to Generals and from Albania to Moscow. Noel is married to Meryl, with two grown children.

Reverend Dr. Jimmy Hardwick, Canadian Army Chaplain, Member of Board of Directors

As an army Chaplain, the Rev. Dr. Hardwick has seen duty in Bosnia, in Israel as well as most recently in Sri Lanka as a part of a the Canadian disaster relief team. In August of 2005, Jim will be departing for a tour of duty in Afghanistan. After having acquired extensive Christian ministry experience, Jim obtained a Doctor of Ministry degree at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Dr. Hardwick is married with three lovely children.
